Mushrooms pie with peppers and olives

Ingredients:

Massa:
One pack of shortcrust pastry

Filling:
2 onions, sliced
Olive oil
2 cans of mushrooms sliced ​​mushrooms or natural
1 pepper strips cut ace
12 pitted black olives
3 eggs
2.5 dl fresh cream
Chopped parsley
50 g of grated cheese on occasion (I like cheese from the island of S. Miguel Azores)

 Preparation:

1 - Line a pie, greased with margarine and bake in moderate oven for 10 minutes.
2 - Sauté onion, parsley, bell pepper and mushrooms in olive oil until onion is transparent.
3 - Remove from heat, let cool slightly and pour over the bottom of the pie.
4 - Add the sliced ​​olives, spreading them over the filling.
5 - Sprinkle with grated cheese
6 - Aside beat the eggs with the cream and a little salt and then pour over the filling.
7 - Take the hot oven for 30-40 minutes.

Tip: Serve warm accompanied with salad.
